Balloon Garland
Includes a 6ft garland and local delivery or pick-up. The balloon garland, fully assembled with elastic ties and standard command hooks, can be installed on any freestanding structure (banisters, railings, poles, columns, decks, gazebos, etc.) or flat drywall surface. You can upgrade, add more, or customize by theme. Delivery or pick-up can be scheduled up to 7 days before your event.
