All of our air-filled centerpieces can be used both indoors and outdoors. This fixed positioning eliminates concerns, such as balloons blowing around in photos, balloons flying away, balloons getting tangled in the wind, and potential collisions with items on tables or people. Consequently, every photograph is guaranteed to capture a picture-perfect moment

Helium centerpieces can be installed indoors only

It is completely normal and expected not to know the exact number of centerpieces you will need for your event until approximately two weeks before the event

During the booking process: we will select the centerpiece style(s) you want for your event, and commit to a minimum of centerpieces for the purposes of the agreement/invoice

Two weeks prior to the event, we will adjust the order size to accommodate the total number of centerpieces you will require based on the total RSVP headcount

While we aim to provide diverse options, we also strive to avoid overwhelming you with an extensive menu of choices

Our centerpieces are highly customizable, and we welcome your theme suggestions.

Helium centerpieces can be kept or given away at the end of your event. Some of our air-filled decor is created as keepsakes as well.

A majority of our air-filled decor are rentals; but if you are looking for disposable options: all of our centerpieces can be created on disposable framework

If your event date is unavailable:

All air-filled decor can be picked up or delivered up to a week prior to your event!

All helium centerpieces can be picked up or delivered 24 hours prior to your event with hi-float treatment
